Executive Committee

This committee assists the Board by monitoring and supervising the day-to-day management of ACOTRO’s affairs. It has responsibility for the oversight of financial and personnel matters and in managing governance issues on behalf of the Board.

The committee is comprised of ACOTRO’s president, vice-president, and treasurer.

Governance Committee

This committee creates and reviews the bylaws, policies, and procedures necessary to conduct ACOTRO’s business as an incorporated entity.

It is appointed by the Board of Directors and consists of a minimum three members of the Board of Directors, including at least one member of the Executive Committee.
