As you work through the Susbstantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS), you will be given an outcome for each component.
If you disagree with the outcome of any of the assessments within SEAS, or with the overall outcome, you may ask for reconsideration. A fee will apply.
The conditions of reconsideration are limited and vary according to the SEAS component. The terms and limitations of reconsideration are described in the policy that applies to each SEAS component.
A Request for Reconsideration Form (available on the SEAS Portal) and the applicable fee must be submitted within 30 days of receiving a result that you wish to have reconsidered. Panel members or reviewers that were involved with making the original decision will not be assigned to making the reconsideration decisions. The decisions made by the reconsideration panel are final.
